The Pet Chemist Online Staff Discount Program is designed to reward employees of Vet Partners, and any related subsidiaries, by offering discounts on eligible products for their personal use and for the benefit of their immediate household pets. This policy outlines the fair and appropriate use of the discount to ensure the program is used ethically and sustainably.

2. Eligibility

The staff discount is available to current permanent (full-time and part-time) employees of Vet Partners, and any related subsidiaries. The staff discount does not extend to casual employees, temporary employees or contract workers. The discount ceases immediately upon termination or resignation of employment.

3. Intended Use

The staff discount is for personal use only and applies strictly to purchases for:

• The employee’s own pets; and
• The pets of immediate family members living in the same household.

Purchases must not be made on behalf of friends, extended family, or for resale or profit.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of the staff discount are not permitted:

• Buying products for resale or redistribution;
• Placing bulk orders inconsistent with normal pet ownership;
• Purchasing for friends, colleagues, or third parties outside the employee’s household;
• Using the discount in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, or loyalty programs unless explicitly stated.

Any misuse of the discount may result in disciplinary action, including revocation of discount privileges.

5. Monitoring and Compliance

Pet Chemist Online reserves the right to:

• Review orders placed using staff accounts;
• Audit usage to ensure compliance with this policy; and
• Revoke or adjust discount privileges at any time, at management’s discretion.

6. Discount Details

• The discount percentage and eligible product categories may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping fees and other applicable charges are not included in the discount.

• The staff discount does not apply to prescription medication.
