Cyclone Alfred Operations Update

Cyclone Alfred Operations Update

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that due to the impact of Tropical Cyclone Alfred, there will be interruptions to our regular postage and dispatch services. There will be no dispatch or collections from our Tweed Heads NSW distribution centre on the 6th and 7th of March. This may affect the delivery times of your orders during this period.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will do everything we can to resume normal services as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team who will be operating as usual throughout.

Thank you for your continued support, and stay safe.

Kind regards,
The Pet Chemist Team
